What is your pre workout meal?

Mine consists of 50g cream of rice, 2 bananas, and sometimes also a glass (360g) of whole milk and a protein bar.
I also use 50g sugar mixed in water, as a intra-workout carb/carb swishing.

Oh yeah forgot to mention, I also take like 400mg caffeine on weekends, and 250 on school nights

I just like the volume that it gives me, so that my stomach isn't empty. I know it dosen't really give any benefit in terms of fuel, but sometimes my pre workout meal is my first meal of the day, so I add some protein and fat.
