I had clinical depression in the past, finally got a gf and she cheated on me with somebody statusmaxed. Instead of spiraling into dark thoughts like before looksmaxing is something that gives my life purpose and maybe some hope no matter how unrealistic my expectations are. My emotions are still dull from years of isolation, self-loathing, being looked at with contempt, but seeing myself change and others begin treating me better has helped some.
