What is your training frequency while leanmaxxing ?

I go to the gym 5 times a week : push-pull-push-pull-cardio.

Mostly pull up and push up variations with a couple of isolations for shoulders, biceps
 
doesnt make sense to go more than thrice a week when leanmaxing and even when not going more than 4 at max is useless

I am afraid of losing a lot of muscle when not working out them.

I do hiit 2x a week
 
barely eating and going on long walks

4-5 times a week+ walking 60 minutes and biking 10-15 minutes a day
 
2 times lifting per week
