What is your version of a perfect society?

I see lots of users complain about how chad gets lots of attention and love and such. How would you seek to fix this? This was a discussion brought up in my class as we were reading a dystopian where people were forced to be equal through means of handicapping.

The third reich but realistically in the modern day just china without the communist symbolism, just a society that heavily maintains law and order while explicitly advancing the interests of its nation/people as its main priority without being tied down by liberal moralizing
