Just did my skincare that's why it's so oily but it looks like that anyways just not oily, I use cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer and a retinol cream 2x a week , here is the products anyways please help me tell what kind of acne is this and how to treat it

First option is trying to find what in your diet that could be causing the acne.

Could be sugar, could be dairy, could be gut health

If that fails hop on accutane

Looks more like hyperpigmentation, or marks from previous acne.

But either use concealer or tone down on the products.

Could be irritation or a skin reaction from using the wrong ones.

Check the ingredients of all of those products because it may be the cause for irritation/redness or even acne. Revox is a useless brand. I prefer the ordinary's bha&aha.
