What kind of steroids should I take?

Hi, am 16 and ~177cm.
I live in switzerland and buying HGH isn’t a problem, I wanted to know what kind of steroids would boost my IGF-1 levels the most? I think that’s what makes you grow (right?). Preferably orally-ingestable steroids.
