Jaw and chin fillers?
fillers are great until your face sags like a bulldog 4 years laterfillers are the best investment money can buy
just get radiesse for non-migration theory
put implants in thenfillers are great until your face sags like a bulldog 4 years later![]()
Ehh, implants superior. If you need to move your bones around do so, but if you need better shaping or size, implants the way to go. Hard to trust fillers long term, but the same can be said with the wrong type of implant. PEEK implants are greatfillers are the best investment money can buy
just get radiesse for non-migration theory
you have to change them after 10 years, they cause bone loss as they rub on your bone over the years. you can screw them to minimize the harm thoughput implants in then
Most guys prime will be over within 10yrs anyways.you have to change them after 10 years, they cause bone loss as they rub on your bone over the years. you can screw them to minimize the harm though
Who says you have to change implants out after 10yrs?you have to change them after 10 years, they cause bone loss as they rub on your bone over the years. you can screw them to minimize the harm though
prove thisyou have to change them after 10 years
they last for ever if they are screwed in place, some doctors don't do that and thats where the problem of bone loss comes from. just talk to your doc about to make sure he does it rightWho says you have to change implants out after 10yrs?
If you are getting Implants without fixation in 2022, I don't even know what to tell ya manthey last for ever if they are screwed in place, some doctors don't do that and thats where the problem of bone loss comes from. just talk to your doc about to make sure he does it right
i don't have proof now, i learned it a few years ago on lookism and surgeons youtube vids, but the fact is they last for ever if they are screwed in place, some doctors don't do that and thats where the problem of bone loss comes from. just talk to your doc about to make sure he does it rightprove this
some doctors don't do that, and most people don't know about itIf you are getting Implants without fixation in 2022, I don't even know what to tell ya man
So the bigger the more masculine looking?not a fan of those giga masc jaws, and im sure women aren't too, looks too uncanny imo
some doctors don't do that, and most people don't know about it
true
agreed, though im not really informed in terms of surgeries you seem well informed and studied, nice information. For PEEK implants you definitely need screws, cause its smooth surface makes for a bad adhesion if you don’t do the fixation.
This is good (no migration), until it can get bad during a removal (for any reason, being it an infection or just the patient changes his mind) if for some screw is hard to unscrew or if it breaks: extra care is needed cause the PEEK can be harder then the bone and fracture it if it’s moved against resistance.

So yeah, for someone who isn’t recessed and doesn’t need osteotomy, I would definitely go with small amounts of HA. That way:
- more natural, less uncanny results
- not too much stretch on the skin to the point of becoming baggy
- easy to undo
Price-wise, a good implant would probably cost like 15-20 years of filler (at 500$ per year of filler).
I know a lot of guys want to be set and done one time forever, but think about this: girls do HA all the time, chadlites are doing it more and more. The shame is going away for this kind of procedures, you won’t be called out and ridiculized.
The guy in the OP definitely got fillers, but too much.
