What laser is most effective for PIE?

I have seen significant improvement in my PIE, its in its dying stages but I am going vacation this summer and dont want to keep applying concealer like a fag, and my ego is down the shitter when I see my PIE in normal lighting without concealer.

What laser should I get. Budget isnt an issue my moms gonna pay for it
