Stop doing 15 reps I've seen no growth from that shit in months.
Switch to 10-11 reps. Add weight until you can only do that.
Also do like 7-8 sets, and the last 2 being drop sets with 3 different weights ( for example mine rn is 13kg - 10kg - 7.5kg - 5kg)
my shoulders burn with this workout and I went from being stuck at 53cm bidel for months to 55cm in like 1 month and a half.
finna walk with 60 bidel by summer😈

I literally just do heavy reps then half reps til failure and maybe a dropset and they're capped af
big delts, upper chest, traps, neck have the most androgens and are the most attractive muscles when they're in harmony

What variations do you for lateral raises do you do. I am also 6' 1 and started lifting

well I've listed my routine in my post. Besides that I also do cable lateral raises

why so many sets?

i heard that a lot of sets are bad for muscle growth if youre natty, because the muscle will be too damaged to grow signifigantly. body builders do high sets because they take HGH and roids

i do 4 sets of 2 excursuses for delts (dumbell lateral raise and cable)
