What make my right side of face so much worse?

My face is so asymmetrical, right side the cheekbone is lower and my hairline is like a nw1,5,

left side my cheek is higher and hairline is nw0.

Also my right eye is drooping (NCT?)

chew evenly on both sides, and sleep on your back and you can make it better
