What makes a "good diet"?

Here's some ideas:

-low/no carbs at all, only water, avoid bread products.

- high vegetable consumption, moderate fruit consumption

- Eating less overall, one large meal a day, building muscle in the gym to make up for lost bodyfast

- Meats

Any other ideas? This is what I'm following currently.

lots of meat, fat, connective tissue, organs(liver especially)

high meat

very limited plants that you know you can digest

highest food quality you can afford

small eating window, regular fasting

carbs very controlled, only if you can tolerate and even then only for performance in gym/weight gain pre-post workout etc.
 
No one really knows for sure. Advice is changing all the time.

What makes a good diet? Good food duh.

Anyway, diets are for beta Simps soyboy faggits. Real alpha Chad's starve themselves with intermittent fasting.

What if you're underweight like I am? Hit the gym harder?
Stan efferding vertical diet. It Is the way to go. Covers all your nutritional needs and gives good advice on gym and lifestyle changes.
