Here's some ideas:
-low/no carbs at all, only water, avoid bread products.
- high vegetable consumption, moderate fruit consumption
- Eating less overall, one large meal a day, building muscle in the gym to make up for lost bodyfast
- Meats
Any other ideas? This is what I'm following currently.
