Yes but we are speaking about thousands of years of change, it is not like a african going to a cold place and see changes in 3-4 generations (with out mixing), and if there are they are probably very minor.

What i also currently think is that the chemicals they put into our food has to do with height, since the growth plate compared to then remain more open and the growth spurt is better compared to let's say 30 years ago.
