my meat source is now gone, and im back to buying meat in the local market again before i find a new source.

what kind of meat is better? the meat displayed or the meat wrapped in tight plastic?
i heard that the meat they display is sometimes already gone bad

The displayed meat in markets is usually nice and fresh tbh, unless the market is in a bad place.

For eating daily? who cares. For cooking a special meal a high quality market/butcher. Its obvious if its off anyway because it has a disgusting nasty smell.
