What medication helps with remedying sebum production and restoring the lipid barrier?
Or any lifestyle changes I should make (diet etc).

I'm trying to find a way without moisturiser. It's not a permanent solution, obviously, something is wrong internally.
you just have genetically dry skin and you probably get a lot of sun exposure

There's always a way, bud. My parents and siblings don't have it as bad as me.

Yeah, multiple nights of wearing it, to no avail. :feelswah:
What's your diet

Obviously what goes in comes out. If it's not perfect don't complain

But mines grown perfect and I'm still fucked

It is brutal

Shit ton of water

No heavy cleansers, get one with nothing harsh,

Moistuzer, super light, minimalist moistuzer

Then some tallow over top

I drink a gallon of water a day and like 2 servings of collagen

Depends on what's caused your skin problems in the first place. Water, but addressing that should fix them.

Yeah, my diet's shit; I know that jumping straight to medication rather than focusing on diet is laughable.
What specifically should I include?

I've been drinking 2L of water for about 6 months now (for the purpose of my skin). Minimal results. :hnghn:

Diet and stress are the main reasons for acne, address your stress, I guess.
