For my skin
I wash it with Cereva twice a day and moisturizer A mask once a week Blackhead products every night

Bodybuilding + cardio (Clen + Win) to become lean

I tan two hours a day, in 20-minute increments with sunscreen

My supplements include zinc, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin D3, ashwagandha, Omega 3, and coconut oil

Lip balm

Chewing gum, for the jawline: 2 x 15 minutes on each side

Mewing

Diet = Cod liver oil, oatmeal, eggs/chicken, ground beef, tuna Pre-workout

I would like to optimize as best as possible
 
Soon haircut and shaved
 
you know what I'm going to limit myself to that for 1 month and see the results
