Would be interested in hearing peoples personal experience on what muscle group changed their physique/frame the most.

Whether that be medial deltoids (shoulders), trapezius, triceps, etc?

The medial deltoid is the lateral one. Tris make up for like 70% of the arm, it will affect your physique massively. Maybe not in photos tho, at least from the front perspective.

Yes, because I'm very lean but unfortunately I'm not the biggest of guys. Sleeper build :confused:time to blast 1000mg

medial isnt the same as lateral
a medial deltoid would be on the armpit
and yea tris do make up most of the upper arm, at the back
barely to the sides, so its not gonna affect the frame from the front much at all
it will still have some effect obviously but nothing crazy

The shoulder has 3 parts bro. Anterior deltoid, lateral deltoid (middle/medial) and the posterior deltoid (rear) I just say medial online because I'm mentally challenged. But yes, lateral would be a more accurate term.

You are past your prime

Mainly because baseline testosterone at that age is declining rapidly. You can still have a high natural testosterone at 40. 50 is when you start feeling like shit.
