Depend how far you wanna go,meth is moste ffwctive but obviously not a good choice, then theres adderal, ephedrine, phenylpireacetam and caffein, thats in order of strongest to weakest

Modafinil is slightly diffrent from these but possibly better

My recommendation is ephedrine or modafinil, modafinil is better for focus, ephedrine for motivation and energy

since you rejected meth, and some other stuff
here are some more normie alternatives

1. L-Theanine
why?
increases alpha brainwaves, may boost neurotransmitters like GABA, dopamine, serotonin
how?
reduces cortisol/adrenaline response, raises alpha waves -> better baseline for motivation

2. N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT) / L-Tyrosine
why?
tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine, helps support neurotransmitter production
how?
Tyrosine -> L-DOPA -> dopamine -> stimulates reward / motivation pathways

3. Citicoline (CDP-Choline)
why?
supports choline levels (important for acetylcholine, cell membrane integrity)
how?
Citicoline -> increased production of phosphatidylcholine, supports brain cell membranes and acetylcholine; areas tied to mood/emotion like amygdala, orbitofrontal cortex show improved activity with supplementation

would be a great help if you marked this as the solution btw :hnghn:

maybe i should make a meth maxing guide... :feelshah:

meth isn't something to be afraid of if you have enough of an understanding of it
