what orals can i take to ascend

pretty straightforward but i need height. (3-4 more inches and im 16) and maybe an increase of testosterone and an easier method of bulking since eating 3.2k calories a day doesn’t put weight on and i can’t fit anymore in my day. i need to reserve my eyesight and the rest i don’t care about. i probably cant inject anything that needs to be refrigerated or anything with slight safety issues since my parents will kick me out if they find out i inject.

stop the bulking first of all and 3-4 at 16 is a bit much unless your gp still wide open so yeah hop on an ai first of all because of your previous bulking don’t gym as much as before and for orals take what suits you best and don’t fall for the gh cope look in to different things like erda and stuff

is erda seriously good? stop bulking? im malnourished as shit. im 125lbs at 5’11 i was planning on enclo, an ai, and maybe erda.

Look the problem with bulking is you will gain fat in some way and that is the key factor for aromatasion so by bulking you will also make your test situation and height situation worse for the erda part it’s probably the best thing to do for the value and results you look forward to achiev

I would recommend you take you normal calories not starve and not be full and hop on ai fs and erda if u want you could add different stuff on top of that

I personally take anastrazole 1mg and erda and have had great progress
