What other causes of miniaturisation are there apart from DHT

Virtually all my hairs are present all be it each follicle is quite miniaturised.
Every time I try and research causes of hair miniaturisation all I get is DHT however I do not have male pattern baldness rather a diffuse miniaturisation across the scalp.

Can telogen effluvium or alopecia areata cause diffuse miniaturisation?
And if I have definitive thinning is it worth going on finasteride just to see?

Telogen is the most common for diffuse miniaturisation from what i've seen.

Hop on fin asap when ur 20 or 21, fuck having no hair. If i get it, i'll do anything ngl, hair loss as a man is perma doom.

Testosterone can do some damage as well if you are androgen sensitive. Hopping on fin right after your dick stops developing is a great idea.
