What other skincare can I do OTHER than Accutane?

I don’t know shit about skincare I just use the based bodyworks cleanser and moisturizer but my skin still got some like bumps and shi like a lil bit of acne and I also have the silk pillowcase I got everything to make sure the acne don’t continue coming. Anyone know any good skincare products I can do lmk. Im tryna get my 2nd ascension lmao
