What Palatal Expander is best for aesthetics?

I’m getting a palatal expander soon for airways (18 years old) and my doctor suggested either SARPE which is where they make an incision along the palate or an option with the titanium screws into the roof of the palate - both along with ortho tx to make sure there are no gaps. Cost and pain aside, which would improve my aesthetics more?

I've heard SARPE is better cuz its affects your nose less than MSE, could be wrong tho
