What parts of the nose do I need to apply Hydrocortisone?

Ik I’m not supposed to apply it above the tip of the nose or the bridge of the nose, so where are the safe spots?

Obviously not inside the nose. The safe spots are basically where there is just cartilage. If you feel bone when your touching the nose, it's probably not the safest place to apply.
