tbh everything lacking since youre not close to your peak,focus on arms>delts>chest
Okay imma try to improve all that. But I don’t really wanna go to the gym and wanna do more like calisthenics or selfweight shi so you got any exercises?

Yeah but the thing is that I am a gymnast and I don’t wanna become stiff or sum and I am focusing on going pro so would do more functional stuff
