What physical activity DEBLOATS easily?

Im only at my mogging peak after heavy physical exertion like sports or running

Is there any routine I can do to always have that debloating from exercise within the confines of my home?

Something quick in the morning for example

I can't think of anything that would work rn, since there isnt enough room to run or anything

Thoughts?

Walking for long periods if you have time, jogging/running if your short on time.
