Title been training for 2 years now went from 57kg-79kg and my highest at 82kg (bloated tbh)
My natty gains have stagnated and been slower no doubt (Younger than 20 yo) and I am fixed on leanbulking around constant 12-14% bf.
I know I still have plenty of natty gains on the table given I fix up my shit eating habits and completely remove refined sugars but what can I expect to achieve as a peak natty?
