There is literally not one oral AAS that you can take completely void of side effects. The mild ones, (which you can't run for long anyway without suppressing yourself) won't yield that significant of results, especially compared to just running test standalone, and the stronger ones are extremely hepatotoxic and neurotoxic as stated.
The only cycles I've heard of people doing that are oral-administration-only are Anadrol and Anavar, for periods of 4-6 weeks max. You can always run Enclo as well to increase LH/FSH, and consequently, your test, but I think it's dumb to run it in substitute of test as your base, and should be used for PCT instead, so I don't know much about it for a cycle.

if u cant do needles just do Enclompihene citrate, you can just run that shit 24/7 without PCT. If you don't care about sides or PCT just take anavar bro that's the only thing worth taking orally. test + dbol is a classic but obviously u can't pin

Enclo works by antagonising the negative feedback loop of estrogen receptors. When your E2 is high, they will normally will signal to your pituitary gland (what is effectively responsible for testosterone production) that your E2 is high, so as to not produce testosterone, because testosterone aromatises into E2. Enclo basically just stops this signalling so your body has nothing telling it your estrogen is high and you shouldn't be making more testosterone. In layman's terms, it makes your body think that you have low estrogen so it makes more testosterone to compensate. It can be used but absolutely not indefinitely.
