Why dont you get MSDO instead ?
Lower arch expanders doesnt expand the jaw bone, they just expand the dental arch

Russia?? Any closer places? I live in Texas. Also I don’t do surgery, I only do natural-maxes. Isn’t that type of expander enough to balance out the mandible and the maxilla after MSE?

Its probably enough to not have any malocclusion after MSE but it wont make your mandible bone wider
