What platforms to use for crypto (Safemoon and BigChungus) without DELAYS

I should be able to go out and by safemoon in 1 second but instead there is 10 days of transfer delays on Binance

I am trying to use Binance and Trust Wallet.

But it takes TIME I transfer money fromm my bank to Binance, then it has to clear before I can transfer a BinanceCoin to Trust wallet

How the fuck do you guys do it??????????
