Hello, so about a year ago I started my weight loss journey and began caring about my appearance. About four months ago, I started going to the gym. I haven’t seen much visible muscle progress yet, but I have noticed an increase in strength. When it comes to my face, I feel very lost.
I am 18 and I’ve never really had friends or a girlfriend, and I want to change that. What is the maximum potential I can achieve?
