What procedure can be done to fix canthal tilt asymmetries?

To keep it short, basically my left eye has a neutral canthal tilt meanwhile my right eye has a positive one. I'm not sure what really caused this but literally my whole face does have some asymmetry (slanted jaw, nose drooping to one side, different canthal tilts etc.)

Is there any procedure that can basically change the neutrally tilted eye to positively tilted to achieve symmetry? I've heard of lateral canthoplasty but would that solve the problem?

Thanks

Probably a cantoplasty

oh that's really nice to hear! would you be able to send before afters? or at least could you tell me if it gave you a positive canthal tilt? more specifically a natural one?

Yeah I've heard of that actually. Though is there a fix to that? Would it fix the asymmetry at all?

I mean it's possible to fix all of the asymmetries (different eye levels, nose base being droopy, slanted jaw) but would fixing the alignment fix them?

No I asked for a very slight positive/neutral because it’s hard to get a natural looking positive neutral is safer and look good too

There is my result

I’ve just done the operation 2 days ago so it’s not the final result

Damn this is exactly what I'm looking for. Tysm!

And yes you're right. Your surgeon did a good job. Your positive tilt looks quite natural you're doing fine.
