Noticeably less gum show on top row of teeth implies Le-fort 1 cut to reduce maxilla height.

Jaw looks wider to my eyes as well.

it depends on the case. The main thing i would look forward is surgery for this main reason. For example they need to fix my palate and upper maxilla (tomorrow we will see if im a candidate for bimax)
