It sounds like some tik tok cope supplement but it actually worked for me and i didnt have a single anxiety after a week
Otherwise if youre drinking coffee or energy drinks decrease it immediately or stop
Slow breathing kinda works too but you need to do it consistently

1 in the morning
1 in the night
Take it consistently for a month some people have higher cortisol so it might more time than 1 week
Make sure your ashwaganda is a legit product and dont buy from dropshippers

400 to 800/day and u cycle one month on, one month or 2 weeks off

but lowering stress and shit depends first of all if u suffer from it chronically or is it just psychological e.g. u cope and dont do your assignments or you self guilt cause u fapped when u have to no fap and shit
