That guy had jaw surgery, genio alone can't give you a tall lower third like that. You can tell he had a very deep bite and literally no jaw development since he was 6 years old.

Recessed undeveloped skull, mandible and maxilla, rounded facial bones, rounded forehead/hairline, chin is almost always recessed, short and rounded. Bad babyfaces are caused by lack of bone development during puberty, basically their bones stayed more or less the same since they were little kids. The same thing happened to me.
I bet those baby faced subhumans look very similar if not identical to their old photos from elementary school.

Normal dimorphic adults tend to look unrecognizable in their childhood photos while babyfaced "men" look like kids at least until 30-35 when collagen and facial fat loss starts making them look like rough abused kids and eventually they're seen as adults simply due to wrinkles, grey hair etc.

Another major cause is a very deep bite. It shortens the lower third and inhibits normal jaw development during puberty resulting in a short rounded jawline/chin and rounded childish appearance in general.

This is exactly why I feel like jbw is so successful, the nordic and Mediterranean skull is more likely to be vertically long which look less primitive.

Exactly. Round skull/face combined with lower third recession and roundness is by far the worst feature on a man. Moderately long midface, long rectangular skull with proper bite and no recession makes you look like a grown man.
