what results do you get from Anterior SARME followed by bimax?

I consulted with Dr paul coceancig and he wants to do anterior SARME then Bimax then implant a tooth that was extracted when I was 13. Anyone know if SARME is legit and what sort of time length of treatment and results I'm in for?
