yes this obviously wasn’t a miracle drug i did fast a little and ik i have very long ways to go physique wise but im very satisfied with how reta has been treating me i will upload references so you guys can see in first and second attach im 6”1 215 in third im 6”1 190 plan on cutting to 175..
