Just go to sleep early fam. Trust me i know its hard since 90% of society has fried dopamine receptors but going to sleep early is one of the best things you can do long term. I feel more awake and my shitty eyebags slowly fade and i get cleaner skin with less wrinkles

I kind of woke up with a light headache that I knew was gonna get worse, so that’s why. Funnily enough, one of my teachers that I see twice because they teach two different classes mailed us saying they were sick so that was a coincidence. One of my classes has mandatory attendance but it’s ok to skip it once. But skipping more than once means trouble.
