What scans should i get to know about my growth plates and skull

Im 17M from india i wanna know more about my growth plates and my skull to know more about my craniofacial structyure like positioning of maxilla and mandible as well as their projection i wanna know about my chin nose infras and supras too like i wanna know about my sutures bone structure and bonemass as well as airways coz i cant breathe as my tounge blocks my airways ig

1. Both Jaw
2. Nose
3. Orbital (both)
4. Chin
5. Sutures
6. Airways
etcs and i wanna do cephalometric analysis too so pls recommend me smth dont jfl on me as i wanna know more about my base and face

I dont have much knowledge but cbct scan for sutures . just visit an ortho he will guide you. For growth plates checking wrist scan or something i cant remeber but its there on this forum

yeah but i cant find someone to do FUll face CBCT on me and i contacted my ortho he is asking why do u wanna do it
