Yeah just use topical min but check with your cardiologist before. Topical min shouldn’t have side effects as bad as oral min bc it doesn’t go systemic nearly as much

But check with your cardiologist first. If you can’t take anything, see a dermatologist to figure out what you can do to mitigate / fix the hair loss
