Just get light organic shampoos with no sulfates and harsh ingredients if you have wavy hair. Organic ones are usually very light and don't dry out the hair keeping it moisturised and healthy

Any shampoo makes my hair dry as fuck so i don't use any, and i don't smell bad i just use it in rare times when i somehow get dirty, although i still want to use one that doesn't make my hair dry

I do it kind of though, Just do it like once a week atleast.

I used to use shea moisture daily hydrating conditioner (you dont need fucking shampoo)

But if you want any sort of shampoo. Either use the one above or one from Native's collection.

Shampoo opens your hair follicles up to get the dirt trapped inside, once u scrub all of it out you have to close them up again with conditioner basically to trap the moisture of the water inside. Otherwise your hair isnt gonna keep any water in and be frizzy as shit
