growing and dying lashes/brows
calisthenics mixed with a little weight training
cardio (incline treadmill)
healthy caloric surplus
2L + water
3-1 potassium - sodium ratio
supplements

lower your brows, relax your frontalis
Always include retinol, key for reducing skin aging, put it on at night, it sensibilize your skin to the sun so you might consider spf too

thanks, i am relaxing brows in the photo tho,I do have slightly high set brows but the lens distortion makes it look worse
 
Jfl all cope and won’t do shit try anabolic steroids and extreme PEDs then either be dead or say thankyou for helping you ascend

MAX OUT YOUR SLEEP. there are a lot of factors that goes into perfect sleep, find a forum about it cuz its too long for me to reply. It will help with height, muscle, and overall energy.

been reading a bunch of forums about sleep I'm kinda cooked tho since I have workouts at 4am 2-4 times a week which destroys my circadian rhytym

will do, since my time of sleep fluctuates would u say around 8-9 pm does the job
8-10 is perfect 11 might be too late and 8 may be too early. are you genuinely tired at those times? if yes than sleep around those times

im not tbh i usually get bad sleep during the week and sleep a bunch during weekend to make up for it

no be consistent everyday. do things that make u tired so u actually get tired (that doesn't consist of being on bluelight)

i have bluelight blockers and am trying to stop drinking caffeine. Hope that helps

you don't really have to quit caffeine, but drink it earlier in the morning before noon, still caffeine isn't the best for you so its best to lay off it

trying to do that exact thing and just being more active throughout the day to tire myself out
