What should I aim to improve?

Slightly frauded photo but we will all collectively ignore that. What are my worst negatives and best positives? Or just things that need overall improvement?

I’ve been told my maxilla is super recessed but I’m not sure how to tell if it is, thinking it could be the reason I have a dorsal hump. Could be genetic though as my relatives have it too
