His gonial angle is extremely wide which means downgrowth and low maxillary superior development. He is a trimax candidate

Your main issue is midface and lower third retrusion (maxilla + mandible), so definitely more than just a "bad jawline".

Ask for a full cephalometric analysis to see if you are a candidate for lefort if your upper jaw is the issue. It'll measure the sna, snb, anb angles that tell you how far back your upper and lower jaw are compared to the skull.

Depending on how mature you are, a lefort 1 for the maxilla with bsso/genio for the mandible will be your best option.
You do look like you might be somewhat young though so ask if you're a candidate for appliances like herbst, mara, etc (do some research on these).

Please for the love of God do not let them sell you on braces or invisalign bullshit, the issue is your bones not just the bite. I wish you well in your ascension journey.

I’m 16, but ill be turning 17 in March. Do you think this will change their decisions?

Definitely a gray zone so you're probably done with most facial development but not 100% so most orthos probably won't recommend major jaw surgeries until you're an adult unless the case of some severe impairment. You should go for the appliances I've mentioned if you still have any growth plate activity left, get a left wrist x-ray if you'd like to know your bone age but you can still get a full ceph and consult for now. I wouldn't expect them to rush you into jaw surgery until after 18 though.
