what should i do about my wisdom teeth

my ortho is telling me i will have to remove them and that its growing in tilted the right upper wisdom tooth grew in but not fully it stopped for somereason i had no pain or anything now my left is growing in a bit it poked out yesterday no pay or anything should i remove them if not how do i make then grow in straighter? i heard removing them causes reccession

i wouldn't touch it unless it comes with chronic pain but I'm not a dentist so wtf do i know
