What should i do after lefort 1 to achieve best looks

so im getting lefort 1 soon because of my underbite, otherwise knows as heavy class 3, but im afraid since lefort 1 doesnt affect nose and cheekbones my face and side profile will still be ugly? Shojld i tell surgeon i want cheekbone and zygo implants installed during lefort 1, or should i choose a different surgery at first place instead of lefort 1

Rhinoplasty is not always the answer

What i have noticed when i saw rhinoplasty results from normies is that they still look like shit. And they didnt looked like shit because of there nose. It was because of their fucking maxilla. Your maxilla was just recessed. Do you notice how the nose changes after ppl get double jaw surgery...

Lefort 1 will effect your nose. Crooked noses doesnt exist in nature. They are caused by shit forward growth by the maxilla.

ask for lefort 2 only. you can do zygo and infras implants later on

lefort 1 will move your nose base forward not the frontal bones or bridge
