what should i do to get leaner and debloat
 
download fatsecret and count your calories, use calculators from internet to know your calorie limit.

just eat a lot of protein(like 1.5+g for kg of weight idk US measumements) and not exceed calorie limit.

also go to gym or do any physical activity.

you could also use drugs but i dont recommend since ozempic just lowers your hunger(JFL if you cant control it with willpower), and other drugs could give unknown damage and even kill you on overdose(hello DNP).

i did a calorie counter but it gave a list of mild weight loss
- extreme what should i do would you say?
