So I am 18, 171 cm, 64 kg and I posted a thread of my physique and was estimated to be about 16% BF. So I wanna gain muscle, which means gaining weight, but I wanna be 10-12% bodyfat. What should I do first, cut or bulk? I could cut but I’m feel like I’m underweight and thin for someone my height and age. I don’t know if I should bulk though being like 16% BF. I don’t want to become super bloated. I can track my calories and my maintenance level is at about 2100-2200 cal per day. I wanna be lean ideally before May, so what should I do?
