What should I do cut or bulk?

So I am 18, 171 cm, 64 kg and I posted a thread of my physique and was estimated to be about 16% BF. So I wanna gain muscle, which means gaining weight, but I wanna be 10-12% bodyfat. What should I do first, cut or bulk? I could cut but I’m feel like I’m underweight and thin for someone my height and age. I don’t know if I should bulk though being like 16% BF. I don’t want to become super bloated. I can track my calories and my maintenance level is at about 2100-2200 cal per day. I wanna be lean ideally before May, so what should I do?

cut to 9 - 12% thats ideal

Get to 10% then bulk

Should I lean bulk? Bevause I really don’t feel like cutting, I already feel small/underweight, although I’m not super lean. Lowkey if I star now I will have like 4-6 months for me to bulk. If I lean bulk how many calories should I go above?

500mg of what? Air?

If you mean Test, if you actually know what your are going in the gym(progressive overload, consistent, exercises that work for you), and you have proper nutrition (constant surplus, carbs etc) then you will get some pretty since results on 500mg, yes. Otherwise you will just be waisting gear. Gear will yield no results if you do not eat, that is the most important thing.

im at similar height, bulk to at least 67-68 kg, dont even need cutting, just recomp at that weight level

bulk to 72kg and cut it to 9%bf
