What should I do first?

So I want to get some soft os palatial expander(MSE, marpe, sarpe,dome,etc.), and possible get a lefort 1 or a bimax(depending on how bad I need it). My question is whether it would be smarter to get the palate expander first, then the surgery? Or surgery, then palate expander? In the process of saving money, in the mean time gonna softmax as much as possible.
