What should I do for kelso shrugs and upper back if my gym is lacking a t bar row machine?

I'm not quite sure what I should be doing for this since my gym lacks a t bar row and doing incline dumbbell rows feels awkward asf and doesn't quite isolate anything for me, unless I'm doing it wrong. I'm currently doing rear delt flies but I'm not sure that works any of the same muscles. Alternatives?
