You could get a lip lift when you are older, but its not a severe flaw and your other features are decent. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

What should i do for my philtrum ?​

@evoidsropemaxing lip lift to reduce philtrum height. Then, increasing chin height with a vertical genioplasty (downgraft) in order to harmonize chin to philtrum ratio. Finally, adding volume along the mandible with a filler (e.g. Juvederm Volux) to make the jaw frontal angle less acute, in harmony with the augmented chin height.
Alternatively to a classic vertical genioplasty and filler along the mandible : a chin wing.

P.-S. the upper lip may not have to be lifted as much as in the morph above ; I just can't do better with a 2D picture ; in reality, a competent surgeon could effectively reduce the philtrum without increasing the upper lip too much. This aspect should be discussed during the pre-op consultation.
